We coach children the fundamentals of movement in a light and fun atmosphere. This class targets posture, core strength, stability, and mobility.
Tailored to the demands of the experienced athlete. With the goal of remaining injury-free and improving performance in mind, we address core & pelvic stability, strength & mobility of the shoulder, back and hips so you can perform better while being more robust. Whether you are out there once a week or five (and counting!), this class is for you.
This 45min class targets core stability, balance (re)education, and mobility training. It is perfect for the healthy and active 65+ who wants to maintain and improve their activity level.
Please note that We may occasionally do some exercises on floor mats.
We bring our experience with cancer patients to this 45min class. Core stability, balance (re)education, and mobility training are targeted so you can build your strength back into a healthy, active lifestyle.
